The video footage, directly shot from Kalanki, Kathmandu has revealed how the customers in the local hotels and restaurants are cheated by serving not well-cooked and stale foods. The video is caught on tape at Kalanki in Cozy Foodland Restaurant-Bar and Coffee shop, with the proof that the so-called branded Restaurant has served cooked chicken, filled with blood to the costumers. As it is evident in the video footage, this might be clear that most of the hotels and restaurants in the busiest city, Kathmandu have played with the health of the people.
This shows how the country lacks the investigation in the matter of foods which are cooked and served to the customers in so-called restaurants in the city. In the same case, there are so many issues which are made on the survey, related to the quality of the foods served to the customers in the restaurants. The process should be restarted since still there are so many hotels and restaurants which provide uncooked and stale food to the customers who come to fill their stomach, paying amount too. The video footage has portrayed that one of the customers who has visited in Cozy Foodland Restaurant-Bar and Coffee Shop is served with the chicken which was too much stinking as well as the chicken was also uncooked. It is certain that the chicken is stale one and filled with the blood, which evoke that the chicken was not well cooked.
So far, while the customer has complained on the waiter, working in Cozy Foodland Restaurant-Bar and Coffee shop, he told that, “ Sorry Sir, and told that sometimes there are errors”. But the matter is not so excusable since it is the matter of health of the customers who come to eat by paying money. It was fortunate that the video has made aware that most of the people after watching the video will be aware about their health, before they go forth for the restaurants and bar to fulfill their appetite.
